Hello, I’m Ryleigh.

Aspiring Marketing Professional.

About

Education

I am completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Texas Christian University, where I hold a 3.87 GPA and Dean’s Scholar distinction and will graduate in December 2025. My studies are enriched by minors in General Business and Entrepreneurship & Innovation, allowing me to blend behavioral science with market strategy. Beyond the classroom, I advance my field interests as a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, and sharpen my entrepreneurial skills through TCU’s Entrepreneurship Club. Consistent Dean’s List recognition, membership in the National Society of Leadership and Success, and long-standing involvement with the National Cutting Horse Association underscore the discipline and leadership I bring to every endeavor.

Experience

Beyond campus, I sharpen my craft as a Marketing & Events Associate with La Pulga, where I coordinate campaign logistics, plan on-site activations, and cultivate customer relationships. Earlier, as a Marketing & Events Intern at West Fort Worth Management, I helped stage high-profile galas and oversaw branded merchandise for large clients. I have also supported luxury positioning as a Marketing & Administrative Intern at Tower Custom Homes and contributed to raising $4.5 million for pediatric-cancer charities through volunteer event work at Texas Motor Speedway.

New Venture Development: Brand Launch

The Original 817 is my venture-development capstone: a Fort Worth–inspired apparel label that turns the city’s 817 area-code pride into contemporary street-meets-western designs. I carried the project from market research and brand identity through supplier sourcing, Shopify launch, and social-media campaigns, releasing limited-run drops that sold out at pop-ups and online preorders.

La Pulga

La Pulga

As a Marketing & Events Associate at La Pulga, I recently wrapped our activation at the Mambo Miles 5 K in Dallas, where I handled booth logistics, sampling flow, and real-time consumer engagement. Day-to-day, I source and prep event materials (for example, coordinating droppers and display pieces for our upcoming Sip Tequila collaboration), brief brand-ambassador teams, and track post-event metrics to refine tactics. I have been involved in lining up summer “La Poolga” pool-side tasting series across Texas and assisting with launch logistics for first-ever showcase events in Colorado and Rhode Island—small but important steps in the brand’s move from local favorite to emerging national player. My role blends on-site execution, partner outreach, and campaign coordination, all aimed at strengthening La Pulga’s presence in new markets and deepening customer loyalty.
